BikeDashboard is a Windows Mobile (5 and above) application for all push-bike enthusiasts (mountainbike and/or roadbike) who want to:
Keep a track of their achievements:
- where they have been,
- how long ,
- how fast,
- how high,
Have a navigation help using GPX file to discover new tracks (you can download some from various web sites including excellent ones as
http://www.bikely.com or
http://www.bikeradar.com or else
http://www.nobmob.com ),
- Export their data to Google Maps / Google Earth or other mapping softwares,
- Monitor in real time and afterwards the evolution of their performances,
- Have a moving map software that can work with any raster map (calibration software provided to make your own map with any picture),
- Have instant data (current/average/max speed), current/climb/descent altitude.
You need a GPS enabled Windows Mobile device.

This software is a freeware. That means that if you like it... you don't have to pay for it.
And if you don't like it... I don't have to pay you back!
It is still under heavy development.
I am currently focusing on:
- Integrating OziExplorer map format,
- Managing traces library on the Desktop,
- Comparing in realtime (on the PDA) a previous route performances to the current one (if they are following the same course),
- Making the documentation a bit more complete
- A new version should be released around the 27/04.
