What we can offer you is either to make a refund about the amount for the coins, or to send you the coins back.

I've been very patient with this, but now my patience is over.
I'm sorry, but I don't buy your explanation that all coins look the same. It just suffices to look at the picture attached to see the difference between a good and a bad coin (both are Antique Silver). I'm not stupid, and I don't like to be treated as such.
If all your coins look like the bad one, then this is YOUR problem and you have to solve it and ask the manufacturer to remint ALL those bad coins. It is not acceptable that you try to discard your responsibility in this manner.
I've lost time, patience and money trying to get things right and assuming your good faith. Clearly, I was wrong in my assumption. And in face of this there is nothing else to talk about. You keep with your bad way of doing business. I keep with my bad coins. Just send the coins back to:
