Bom, assim como o geo.com já tornou público que lá para Maio devem voltar a 'abrir' as virtuais, o opencaching.com também está a pedir feedback sobre o assunto - a grande diferença é que estão já a submeter uma proposta de guidelines, a saber:
Proposed guidelines
- Virtual caches should primarily be placed in areas where traditional caches are not allowed or otherwise unfeasible. If a traditional cache is possible at the location, hiding a physical cache is strongly encouraged.
- Just like other caches, getting there isn’t enough. Geocaching should get you off your couch and out of your car. Virtual caches should include a search or do activity at the coordinates, ideally with an educational, outdoor, or human interest component.
-Virtual caches must still respect private property, local regulations, and good judgment. Just because you aren’t hiding a physical box doesn’t make it ok to list a virtual cache on private property without the owner’s permission or encourage behavior that is not beneficial to the geocaching community.
